Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry innovation partners
- Produce thought leadership reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Advose on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Prior experience in high-growth tech environments (startups or Fortune 500)
