Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry benchmarks
- Partner with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments in quantum/AI/AR domains
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation sprints with 20+ engineers and designers
- Present tech foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Drive patent development for proprietary breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with proven 2020-2025 innovation track record
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or AR/VR ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience leading $50M+ tech transformation initiatives
- Proficient in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
