Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance Generative AI models tailored for enterprise use cases.
- Lead the research and implementation of multimodal AI systems (text, image, audio) for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency using advanced MLOps strategies.
- Establish best practices for data governance, prompt engineering, and AI safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging research, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude architectures).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code and contribute to open-source projects.
