Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our flagship products, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards of the year 2026.
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems leveraging emerging technologies like AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-ready protocols.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class engineering team focused on innovation and excellence.
- R&D Innovation: Identify and prototype bleeding-edge technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all new architectures adhere to the highest security standards and future compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, or Blockchain integration.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
