Responsibilities
- Define the AI Vision: Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives, specifically targeting breakthroughs relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Researchers.
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures and pipelines using state-of-the-art frameworks.
- Product Integration: Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core products seamlessly.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs), and drive innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure models are optimized for speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- AI Mastery: Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Cloud Experience: Proven track record deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex technical projects to completion.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
