Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive long-term technology strategy, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Readiness, and Next-Gen Automation.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and evaluate the viability of emerging technologies for integration into our product ecosystem.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to execute the technology vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal 'Future Tech Lab' to prototype and test concepts for the 2026 horizon.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize technology budgets and infrastructure investments to maximize ROI and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and the path to Quantum Computing adoption.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience building and mentoring high-performance engineering teams.
