- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, Advanced Analytics) into our core business model.
- Analyze long-term market trends to proactively pivot our product roadmap and maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure resources and align innovation initiatives with company goals.
- Define the metrics for success in the future state and establish a framework for continuous innovation.
- Oversee the lifecycle of emerging technologies, from research and prototyping to full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or executive consulting within the Technology sector.
- Proven track record of leading successful organizational transformations or launching disruptive products.
- Strong understanding of the technological landscape expected by 2026, including AI evolution and digital convergence.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex long-term visions into actionable, short-term roadmaps.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Business, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholders.
