Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for 2026 Systems, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive landscape shifts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth.
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic roadmap, including key milestones and performance indicators.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and industry leaders to build a network of innovation.
- Oversee the assessment and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) into our product ecosystem.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to executive leadership and board members clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional projects.
