In this role, you will collaborate with C-suite executives and engineering leads to translate future trends into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the long-term vision for our technology stack, identifying key innovations required to dominate the market by 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, AI advancements, and regulatory changes to predict shifts in the industry landscape.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, AI, Blockchain) and determine their viability for integration into our products.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with tech startups, research institutions, and thought leaders to gain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of futurists and strategic planners, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Investment Strategy: Guide R&D investment decisions, ensuring capital is allocated to high-impact projects with the highest potential for 2026 growth.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Future-Oriented Mindset: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models in the 2026 timeframe.
- Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of software development, cloud infrastructure, and AI capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of turning abstract concepts into concrete, scalable business strategies.
