Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that can handle future workloads.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of architects, engineers, and data scientists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on major technical decisions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), machine learning frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical strategies.
