Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap and strategic vision.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as AI, Machine Learning, and quantum computing.
- Oversee the architecture and scalability of core systems to ensure robust performance.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Manage partnerships with tech vendors and external innovation labs.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of technical architects and strategists.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in information technology, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or executive capacity.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and driving innovation.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI integration.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
