- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum Encryption.
- Identify high-impact R&D opportunities that align with business objectives and competitive advantage.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning across all technical departments.
- Oversee the digital transformation strategy, ensuring legacy systems are modernized effectively.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive strategic buy-in.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Information Technology, AI, or Engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully integrating disruptive technologies into business ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing architectures.
- Strategic planning experience with a focus on long-term forecasting and trend analysis.
