Apex Horizon Group is seeking a visionary Head of Future Technology & AI Strategy to lead our roadmap for 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will define the technological trajectory of our organization, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech to drive our next phase of exponential growth.
As a key member of our C-Suite, you will bridge the gap between technical innovation and business strategy, ensuring our 2026 vision translates into tangible market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and product capabilities.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive technologies and emerging threats.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, data scientists, and product engineers.
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech innovators and research institutions.
- Present quarterly progress reports to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within Technology Strategy, Product Management, or AI Development.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies for a scalable organization.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and future computing paradigms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
