Responsibilities
- Architect the Technical Roadmap: Define and lead the execution of the technical vision for the 2026 AI and Quantum integration strategy.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Recruit, mentor, and retain elite engineers and researchers driving quantum algorithm development.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead the development of proprietary machine learning models that leverage quantum mechanics for unprecedented computational speed.
- Strategic Partnership: Establish and manage relationships with leading research institutions, universities, and industry partners.
- Product Leadership: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical, scalable product deployment.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Lead initiatives to secure intellectual property for breakthrough technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or research, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director or VP level).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and develop innovative solutions.
