Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to resolve customer problems.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure follow-through.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications
