Responsibilities

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack or backend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, or Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team environment.
