Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
- Create engaging content calendars with a mix of promotional, educational, and interactive posts
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage paid social advertising budgets (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with creative team to produce high-quality visual and video assets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Lead community engagement initiatives and respond to customer inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience in a B2B or agency setting
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Advanced knowledge of social media analytics platforms and KPI reporting
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign results
- Experience managing paid social advertising budgets of $50K+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
