- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and data security standards

- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize transcription software and digital tools efficiently
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and consistency
- Communicate proactively with project managers about deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 60 words per minute typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transcription software (Express Scribe, etc.)
- Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
