- Drive patent portfolio development targeting 15+ IP assets annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/biotech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., quantum machine learning, neural interfaces)
- Exceptional strategic planning with experience building 3-year innovation roadmaps
- Strong network with VCs, research institutions, and industry consortia
