- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market launch
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to identify opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 product and service innovations
- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects with $5M+ annual budget
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Mentor a diverse team of 15+ engineers, designers, and strategists
- Drive commercialization through agile development and rapid prototyping
- Establish KPIs and track innovation ROI across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products
- Expertise in AI, IoT, or quantum computing applications
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or MBA preferred
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Strong financial acumen with $10M+ budget management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles)
- Fluency in English and proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies
