Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Build and lead a 12-person innovation lab with agile methodologies
- Drive patent development and IP protection for emerging technologies
- Present to C-suite and board on innovation ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products generating $10M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Advanced degree in STEM field or MBA from top-tier institution
- Experience securing $3M+ in government/private funding
- Strong network with VCs, research institutions, and industry disruptors
