Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across IoT, AI, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure pre-2026 technological readiness and impact
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for 2026-relevant breakthroughs
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two transformative tech initiatives post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong understanding of 2026 tech forecasts from Gartner, IDC, or similar sources
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and experience with innovation frameworks like Design Thinking
