Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy with measurable KPIs
- Lead discovery of emerging technologies through market research and academic partnerships
- Direct cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Secure and manage $50M innovation budget with quarterly ROI reporting
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board members for funding decisions
- Build and maintain ecosystem of venture partners, startups, and research institutions
- Drive patent strategy with 15+ annual filings in core innovation domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling disruptive products to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Portfolio of launched innovations with measurable market impact
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICP)
