Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization
- Foster partnerships with startups, academia, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and future forecasting
- Track record of launching successful products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) strongly preferred
