- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Drive strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster future-ready talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain) with proven implementation track record
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across diverse markets
- Certification in Design Thinking or Agile methodologies preferred
