Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Analyze emerging trends and market disruptions to position FutureForge as an industry pioneer
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for R&D collaboration
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and foresight techniques
- Secure and manage innovation grants totaling $5M+ annually
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with global impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience securing government innovation grants and corporate partnerships
- Portfolio of published futurist work or patented innovations
