Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deploy and configure new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to monitor system integrity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or Microsoft IT Professional.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
