What You'll Do
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot company-provided remote workstations for employees in the Cleveland area.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via remote desktop tools and phone.
- Maintain hardware inventory and ensure all remote equipment is up to date with security patches.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to resolve connectivity issues affecting remote access.
- Conduct virtual training sessions to educate staff on new software and security protocols.
What You Need
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and VPN configurations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
