Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools to internal staff.
- Configure and manage company-issued hardware and software for remote employees.
- Troubleshoot complex network connectivity and hardware issues.
- Manage IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including setting up remote workstations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software peripherals.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
