Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and clean, organize, and format datasets for analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Utilize tools like Tableau or Power BI to design intuitive, interactive dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports summarizing data findings for the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Database Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating the company's data warehouse and ensuring data security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and familiarity with SQL or Python is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot data issues effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry and analysis to minimize errors.
