Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to support business decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all database systems.
- Document data processes and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert management to anomalies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with database management systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and software tools.
