Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Generate standard operational reports using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
- Document data models and processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Monitor data quality metrics and report discrepancies to the senior team immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to obtain relevant data analysis certifications (Apex covers the costs).
