- Architect the core infrastructure strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI models into production environments and oversee their deployment.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product and business units, to align technical vision with strategic objectives.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Perform rigorous architectural reviews and ensure system security, reliability, and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, and technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience designing and managing high-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor diverse engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on long-term scalability and future-proofing.
- Background in strategic planning, forecasting, and defining technical roadmaps (preferred).
