Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives designed to position Nexus Horizon as a market leader in future tech paradigms.
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable software architectures that integrate emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies, evaluating their viability for immediate and long-term integration into our core product suite.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and architects, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creative problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into clear, compelling narratives for C-level executives and product stakeholders, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Emerging Tech Mastery: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Spatial Computing, and the principles of Quantum Readiness.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go).
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse engineering teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive technical decision-making.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve unstructured problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
