You will be responsible for translating futuristic trends into actionable, scalable roadmaps.
In this role, you won't just manage technology; you will shape the future. You will work closely with C-level executives to identify emerging technologies, evaluate their viability, and integrate them into our core product lines.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technology trends (AI, Quantum, Neural Interfaces) and define their integration into our product portfolio.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable architecture that anticipates the hardware and software shifts expected by 2026.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Vendor & Technology Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive R&D on emerging technologies, partnering with startups and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify competitive advantages and gaps in our current strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years Experience: Proven track record in senior technical leadership or strategy roles within the software industry.
- Trend Sensitivity: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and future computing paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture and align short-term execution with long-term strategic goals.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts in clear, compelling language.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and rapid changes in the technology landscape.
