Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed AI infrastructure and cloud-native solutions.
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring technical excellence and scalability.
- Oversee the research, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art deep learning models.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical rigor.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate complex AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and latency optimization for global deployment.
- Define best practices for model training, fine-tuning, and MLOps pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience required).
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience architecting systems for high-throughput, low-latency inference.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
