In this role, you will not just write code; you will architect the intelligence layer of our ecosystem, ensuring scalability, ethical integrity, and cutting-edge performance for our 2026 roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Oversee the deployment of autonomous AI agents in high-volume, low-latency production environments.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Legal) to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational overhead for edge devices.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and fine-tuning Transformer models.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
