Responsibilities
Architect Next-Gen Intelligence: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures and large language models (LLMs) tailored for high-stakes enterprise applications.Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap and technical strategy leading up to and beyond 2026, ensuring our infrastructure is future-proof.Quantum Integration: Collaborate with research teams to explore and integrate quantum computing principles into classical AI workflows.Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of elite data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.Experience: 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML engineering and system design.Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
