Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning and optimization of our inference engines to ensure zero-latency responses.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CTO and product team to define technical roadmaps aligned with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
