Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead a diverse team of senior engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and neural networks to ensure our technology remains ahead of the curve.
- Oversee system reliability, security, and performance optimization across all deployed environments.
- Prototype and validate new algorithms and frameworks to push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role architecting complex systems.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong mathematical background, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact products in fast-paced environments.
