Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Model Architecture: Design and optimize deep learning models, focusing on neural networks and reinforcement learning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models into production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
