Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing algorithms with classical neural networks.
- Define and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-volume data processing environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with edge computing and deploying AI models to resource-constrained environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
