Responsibilities

- Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI product integration, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Optimize model training pipelines and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge hardware accelerators and cloud-native solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
