Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines and infrastructure for 2026-ready applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs or large-scale neural networks into production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a history of managing cross-functional teams.
