Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to define our 2026 technology roadmap. We are pioneering the next generation of Generative AI and Quantum Computing integration.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems. You will lead a team of elite engineers in building the core infrastructure for the autonomous enterprises of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical vision for AI infrastructure and scalability.
- Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant systems using cutting-edge AI frameworks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of Quantum algorithms into legacy and modern software stacks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
