Responsibilities
- Define and implement the high-level architecture for our AI-driven products.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance across all engineering teams.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Quantum readiness.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and MLOps.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
