Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning models tailored for 2026 use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define the technical vision for the company’s transition to next-gen computing architectures (e.g., Neuromorphic chips).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, and NLP pipelines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
