Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Pioneering: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and reinforcement learning.
- System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve our core algorithms to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leads to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and think creatively about system architecture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
