Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the design of scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts.
- Ensure system reliability, observability, and compliance with global data privacy standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and quantum computing applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong experience with MLOps pipelines and model monitoring tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
