Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on multimodal AI and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business needs into technical AI roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubeflow).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
